WeWork India adds three new workspaces with over 3,600 desks in Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: WeWork India, a flexible workspace provider, has added three new workspacesPrinceville, Cherry Hills, and Prestige Tech Park Jupiter in Bengaluru. Situated at Embassy Golf Links Business Park in Domlur, Princeville and Cherry Hills span across over
95,000 sq ft and have a combined capacity of around 1,600 desk spaces. Nearly 60% of this inventory has
been pre-committed. Prestige Tech Park Jupiter, located close to Marathahalli, spread over approximately 125,000 sq. ft. with
over 2,000 desks. Both buildings are scheduled to be operational by June-July 2023.Arnav S. Gusain, head of Real Estate & Product of the company said said, “We believe that the demand
for flexible workspaces will continue to grow, and we are committed to expanding our portfolio across the country to cater to this demand.”

Currently, WeWork India operates 19 workspaces across Bengaluru
