Smartworks leases 1.7 lakh sq ft in Jaipur and Indore

NEW DELHI: As part of its expansion plan, Smartworks has signed up approx. 1.7 lakh sq ft in Jaipur and Indore. With this, the company’s operations has expanded to 11 cities. It plans to add centres in three more tier-II cities in FY23, the company said in a media release.

Neetish Sarda, founder of the company said, “Tier 2 cities are now sought-after destinations for enterprises as they offer both business opportunities and a diverse range of hitherto untapped talent pools. This fiscal year, we plan to expand to more Tier 2 cities such as Kochi, Coimbatore, and Ahmedabad.”

It currently has a presence across Bengaluru Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi- NCR with over 80% enterprise clients.

The company leased three million sq ft, including the seven-lakh sq ft – Vaishnavi Tech Park in Bengaluru, last year. Smartworks plans to add another three million sq ft this fiscal year, bringing its total portfolio to 10 million sq ft.
