Private firm to help YEIDA approve building plans

NOIDA: With the development of the Noida International Airport, the real estate sector in the region is
gearing up for significant growth.
To facilitate this expansion, the Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEIDA) aims to streamline and expedite
the building approval procedures by adopting a digital platform.
YEIDA has initiated the process of hiring a consultant company to design, develop, customise, implement
and maintain an online automated building plan management system (BPMS).
The Authority has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for this purpose. The consultant will be hired for
three years. The last date to file applications is August 28, while the technical bid will be opened on
August 30. The proposed system will encompass technical, legal, and IT considerations aspects of the
project.

It will re-engineer and automate the entire process, from empanelment of architects to online document
submissions, fee payments, scrutiny, building plan approval and issuance of completion/occupation
certificates for YEIDA.
