Inspire Co-spaces sets up 35,000 sq ft co-working space in Pune’s Baner

Flexible office space provider Inspire Co-spaces has set up its new co-working center spread over 35,000 sq ft in Pune. The newly operational center in Baner locality of Pune houses 600 seats, priced at Rs 12,000 each.

Since its incorporation in 2018, Inspire Co-spaces has expanded in four Indian cities with 11 centres with a portfolio of over 3.5 lakh sq ft. It recently acquired a 50,000 sq ft space in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar, with a total capacity of 1,000 seats. Following this expansion in Pune, Inspire co-spaces has a total 6,000 seats across its co-working hubs.

With this state-of-art and well-equipped center in Baner, we are one step closer to building our utmost presence in Pune. Recently, the company inducted 61 coworking players under its Inspire Network Alliance (INA) to provide co-working facilities across 30 Indian cities.

Through this network, these coworking firms will together offer nearly 29,000 seats in key cities including tier I and II cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Indore, and more. The network will operate making use of technology, artificial intelligence and collaboration that differentiates it from the basics of a capital-light model.
