BPTP Parklands

BPTP Parklands is a signature integrated township in Faridabad, spread across sectors 75, 76, 77, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 88 and 89 of Faridabad. This project consists of independent villas, plots, independent floors, IT Parks, IT SEZs, group housing developments consisting of apartments and condominiums and convenient commercial complexes. 39 of BPTP’s 70 on-going and forthcoming projects are in Parklands. BPTP Parklands covers approximately 1706.31 acres of land with a saleable area of 77.35 million sq. ft.

BPTP Parklands encompasses a range of residential and commercial spaces including independent villas, plots, IT parks, IT SEZs, commercial complexes and group housing developments. Approximately 101.7 acres of Parklands is earmarked for construction of schools, dispensaries and social clubs. This self-sufficient township will incorporate every amenity, recreational facility and infrastructure essential to today’s urban life. A special area of focus at Parklands is the emphasis on environmental sustainability with open spaces seamlessly incorporated into the landscape. To enhance connectivity, an internal road network is being developed in Parklands with a minimum road width of 12.00 metres. The project is located in close proximity to the existing NH-2 (Delhi-Agra highway) as well as the upcoming FNG expressway.
