Notes:
  1. 1. The above price is inclusive of External Development Charges (EDC), pro-rated per apartment as applicable to this Group Housing site as levied by the Government of Haryana up to the date of issue of licenses. Originally paid by the Company. In case of any upward revision thereof by the Govt. agencies in future, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis.
  2. Prices are Escalation free but subject to revision/ withdrawal without notice at Company's sole discretion. No extra charges will be leviable, except due to change, if any, on account of Fire Safety norms or upward revision of EDC (note 1) by the Govt. of Haryana from time to time and/or on revision, change in area.
  3. The rebate for early payments shall however be subject to change from time to time and is presently @ 8.5% per annum.
  4. Each apartment would be provided with a power back-up of 20 KV A approx. and Duplex / Pent Houses would be provided with a Power Back of 30 K VA
  5. Three / four Car parking spaces are mandatory per apartment. Three car parking are-mandatory in case of Standard Apartment and four-car parking are mandatory in case of Duplex/ Penthouse. Any additional car parking will be offered subject to availability at the prevailing prices.
  6. The yearly simple interest payable on IBMS shall be determined by the company as per the applicable rates one-year Fixed Deposits accepted by State Bank of India at the close of each financial year on 31st March.
  7. Stamp Duty & other charges shall be payable along with the last installment, as applicable.
  8. The Company would pay penalty to its customers @Rs.5/- per sq.ft per month for any delay in handing over the product beyond the committed period of three years from date of execution of agreement. Similarly, the customer would be liable to pay holding charge @ Rs.5/- per sq ft per month if the fails to take possession. with 30 days from the date of offer of Possession.

It is clarified that this being a semi-finished apartment, following finishing items will NOT be provided inside the Apartment:
The Principle Salient Features :
  1. Flooring in all the areas.
  2. Final plastering/ punning/ paint/ tiling/ cladding on all the walls in all the rooms.
  3. Internal door frames and shutters.
  4. All the counters, sanitary fixtures, fittings and accessories in the toilets & kitchen.
  5. Conduiting in the walls for electrical wiring, internal wiring, switches and sockets, light fittings, fans, electrical equipments like geysers etc. Individual security system.
  6. CI/PVC pipes for drainage inside the toilet floors to the connecting point in the vertical stacks; copper pipes in the walls for water supply from the water supply risers.
  7. Any false ceiling within the Apartment.
  8. Any other finishing items.
Thus substantial additional work is required to be done by the customer at his own cost and discretion in order to make the Apartment livable. The customer will have to submit proposed details of interior works and obtain prior approval of DLF before starting the work within the Apartment.
